MOTIVATION: the symbiotic relationship between YOGA & RUNNING.
I am first and foremost a runner. Eight years ago I sought relief for an injury and found yoga — this is how I learned its enormous benefits and how it complements running. Now I credit yoga with renewing my love for running, preventing further injury, and sharpening my mental focus for longer distance training, races and personal records.
