This is the real deal…if you live in LA there’s nothin better than yoga on the beach, in the sand, right next to the water. Class will take full advantage of the environment and there’s really nothing more beautiful! It’s at sunset, so won’t be too hot and the nice breeze makes practicing so nice!!! Bring an extra mat or a towel to keep yourself sturdy in the sand, and post on the event wall if you’ll need any extra props. This is a basics class, but definitely something you have to experience!!!
