and… we are back!

guys, I know I have not been around for quite sometime (and by the way thank you so much for the concerned messages). Let’s just say.. life happened but things are getting much better now and i’m back to tumblr world.

hope this past month went well for all of you guys and unlike me you have not taken any breaks from your yoga journey… Oh well.. starting one more time from where i’ve left ;)

I watch this every morning and begin my day with peace. I am a new “yogi” (just recently started taking actual classes and left the comfort of home) for whom the benefits of this practice have already made a huge impact. I breathe easier, I am more attuned to and aware of my body, and I am a much happier person.
