a detail often overlooked - pressing the hands down firmly into the mat can really change your down dog. spread the fingers wide, hands about shoulder distance apart. alignment will improve throughout the body and you’ll be gaining strength!

guys, I know I have not been around for quite sometime (and by the way thank you so much for the concerned messages). Let’s just say.. life happened but things are getting much better now and i’m back to tumblr world.
hope this past month went well for all of you guys and unlike me you have not taken any breaks from your yoga journey… Oh well.. starting one more time from where i’ve left ;)
